On the Mindhue Studio Instagram account @mindhue, I periodically shoot an image straight up and post it as a #zenithgram. Recently I decided to see exactly what kind of variety I’ve shot over the last three years. Instead of using the Instagram square-cropped images, I used the original images as-shot. Yesterday I shipped off the Needlepoint Rivers project to the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art, where they will be part of the exhibition Craft Revolution. Here’s an image of the full set, displayed at Bromfield Gallery in 2014.

Got some images of the process I’m using for creating the artwork for the New Gallery Concert Series later this month. The concert will include a piece of music based on an arcane part of graph theory, and I took that as a staring point. More info coming soon, but have some images to peruse.
